Congratulations on completing your time as a Raw Recruit! You have just completed your Raw Recruit Training allowing you to be admitted into the ranks of the Band as a fully fledged Band member. You may be asking yourself "Well, what's next? The answer is simple! Just post here to declare your choice of a new Regiment! But before you do, there is an important matter to attend to... Pulling out a document, he reads in a loud authoritative voice:ATTENTION TO ORDERS: The Band of the Red Hand has reposed special trust and confidence in the battle prowess, valour, fidelity, and professional excellence of the following personnel. Thank you, Direwolf, for helping me throughout my Recruit Process.
Before I choose my Regiment, I need to make a confession; I am not really a new Recruit. I am actually F Horn of Valere.
A few weeks ago Corki and I began talking a bit (I guess you could call it a "falling in" since it was the opposite of the falling out we had earlier), and as a result of our interaction, I accepted his invitation to rejoin the Band. Since I have been gone for several months, I was given permission to go through the Recruit Program because I had never done so (I joined before it was created), as well as because all the Regiments are not the same as they were when I left.
So that being said, I still decided to go through the program with an open mind. During my time, one Regiment stood out from the rest... in the others either no one ever showed up during my week, or as a Recruit I was just an afterthought, but in the Archers, Jea made an obvious effort to make the recruits a priority and make the week fun.
The Archers were my very first Regiment, so it pleases me to declare myself toward the ARCHER REGIMENT!

Be assured, I like chopping off the chicken's head before I pluck the feathers... more fun that way! Whats more surprising then... that I came back, or that I rejoined the Archers?

well in this case, it was a complicated process... for once it wasn't just a matter of waking up one day and deciding to pull a John Kerry-esque flip-flop at least!

whatever it is, I'm glad to be able to poke you again. You should be spotfined for 3 months for ignoring me as you have. (hm, for some reason the additional smilies don't appear when I click on the link )

I'm sure it's even been longer than that... *poke* To be fair though, I did ignore everybody equally, and during that timespan, I had over a month and a half of very limited internet access while travelling. I moved out of my room August 5th or so, and didn't actually move into my new Apartment until September 19th, and had no internet there for another week!
