I was there in that situation for a while myself Luchesco. Hopefully that will turn around for you soon! Bills, bills and more bills.

Thankfully most of my bills are in my rent.
However, I have a lot of things bugging me at the moment:
1. This annoying, nagging cough I have. There is something in my throat, and I can't get rid of it.
2. I am currently slogging my way through a Corporate and Business Law paper for my accountancy qualification.
3. This client at work...don't get me started!

#laughing-smiley-014# I know what you mean by that one Corki. We've got several clients like that at the firm I work for. Oh good luck on your paper for your accountancy examinations.
Right now, my eye has been bugging me all morning.

Even though we are a small firm, we have quite a few. However, I have managed to pick the crème de la crème of annoying clients. Even our Senior Partner has been pulling his hair out at them!

It's kind of fun to see what the partners' viewpoints of clients are. Sometimes you know you've got a bad one by their initial reaction. Brid's sickness. It won't go away!

Well, in a couple weeks I'll be done with this one:
I am so SICK of my workplace. I love the job, but I have no dependable schedule. "You're the night shift." The next week: "We're gonna put you on days from now on." The NEXT week: "We're cutting your hours a bit." Then, "We're giving you LOTS of hours and a raise!" Then, "You're going back toward evenings more."
Through it all, I've rarely gotten off work at my scheduled time. I have come in when they called me in, I've worked longer hours, stayed late, given up plans with friends because someone didn't show up to work (at least those people got fired), and then I ask for ONE day off, even offering to work an extra shift the day before, and I get told "No. Switch shifts with someone else." Which isn't possible. Only one person gets off by the time I need to be out of town. And she gets off that early for a reason.
I love love love the kids, but I can't stand not being able to plan ANYTHING other than working and going home. The boss keeps "reminding" me that she "told me it would be like this" when I first started. Which is crap. She said, "I'll warn you, it HAS happened where you'd have to stay late sometimes, but that doesn't happen much at all. You won't have to work weekends, although sometimes we MAY need you to come in, just in case." It was more of a warning that at times I might not be working as scheduled, not an agreement that throwing my hours all over the place was cool with me.
PLUS, the director has 2 daughters that work there; both have their own kids who stay at the daycare too. I won't go into details, but let me just say that the daughters AND the grandkids get treated with favoritism, and it can be very unfair at times. And stressful.
