![>:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/angry.png) That's so STUPID! (I had wondered why you had not been around the Board much) I think you should send us Scouts to that little clinic and let US treat THEM....to a beating!

ok, i guess i'll just get it out of the way. lets see, it was February last year, and my dad and stepmom (not really, cause my mom and dad are still married, but she's been with my dad for like 10 years, so you know...) decided they wanted another cat to go with the two they already had. they needed another mouser. anyway, it just so happened that one of my teachers was giving away freshly weaned kittens, so i picked one up. he was a cute lil bugger, even as kittens go. he was all black with hair in between short and long, you know? and his eyes were just so cute, they were blue, and even though i knew it wouldn't happen, i hoped they'd stay that way and not turn green. well they did of course, but that's beside the point. when i got him home that day and showed him to all the kids, everybody was all exstatic, duh, being lil kids like they were. they wanted to pet him for a couple hours of course, since kids don't know when lil kitens are getting sleepy. of course i couldn't let that happen, so i rushed him through the naming process. i decided to name him Friday, cause that day that i got him was Friday the thirteenth. isn't that swell? so, i rushed him to my room, which was a mini travel trailer in the backyard, and stayed with him all that weekend, sleeping with him curled up on my back. yeah, he slept on my back while i slept, its kinda funny. so i did that, fed him, showed him the yard, played wrestling with him ;D to get him toughened up for the local rodent posse for the next 4 months, until i had to move, and sadly couldn't take the lil rascal with my. i miss him bushels' worth. he'd stick with my whenever he could. he even followed me all the way to the bus stop on several occasions so i had to chase him home.... yes..... those were the days. the ones you'll never forget..... Me and my cat. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png)

yep, i have a black and white kitty cat called Milo, he's bout 1 + 1/2 years old and is a killer. almost everyday out on the patio there will be a dead bird/mouse or other countryside creature (he once killed a pigeon, it was almost as big as him) he also likes to catch mice, bring them in to show us (whilst still alive) and then proceed to toy with them. what he's yet to understand is that the mice play dead then when Milo is least expecting it, make a dash for it and get stuck in the house somewhere, it's a countryside house though, they usually get back outside ok. he tends to sleep alot (as most cats) and loves to wake us up in the morning really early, but it's ok cos he loves to sleep on the bed with me and i miss him loads but tis ok cos i go home soon!! thats a lovely story Cumadrin, sorry u cant be with your cat

Awwww! That is so sweet!!!!!
I have 3 cats of my own. Cheddar (oldest), Ritz (middle) and Harley (youngest and a girl-cat)
They have 3 crazy personalities. Cheddar is orange & white and I got him from an ad I answered in the newspaper. Ritz was given to me by a friend who couldn't keep him cuz she found out she was allergic. Harley I rescued from a moron who drove around most of a day with her trapped in his car under the hood.
Cheddar is playful and my worst cat. He gets into everything just to prove he can! Little turkey. He has a shoe fetish that can be quite embarassing when company comes over...But he always keeps my feet warm at night.
Ritz is a jerk who doesn't like anybody but me. He eats and sleeps and stays in my lap whenever possible. He has a funny meow...rolls his tongue somehow. He always sleeps right up next to me and I hold on to him like he's a little person.
Harley is the little girl and she rules the house. She is the smallest, but can beat up the 2 boy cats like nothing I've ever seen. She's VERY vocal for a cat and very demanding. When she wants to be petted, she will dang near eat me up to get it. She also loves to get in my lap while i'm at the computer and bite my fingers while I type...
And that's about it for me and my kitties.
I'm sorry ya'll are separated from yours...I can't stand to leave mine.

k, i have a cat. his name is lucky and he is soooooo fat! when he wasyounger (hes like 12 now) he brought down a grackle (we have a bird feeder in the back) which was about twice his size. He also used to get in fights with other cats. hes killed numerous birds and other stuff (mice, rats) but now he is afraid to go outside... so he just chills around the house. a dog came over that was 3 times his size, and he burried a claw in its nose. i missed it, just heard about it... he aslo treid attackin a dog half his size. he is very vicious, but i love him... Just a cat story

I have two cats, Malcolm and Bowser. They are three years old, and brothers, though they look completely different. The mom was an Egyptian cat, and the dad was the biggest cat i had ever seen!!! Our boys are both fat and smart. They trade boss roles often, and they are very vocal cats. I think its my fault. Malcolm has dark coloring with white splotches, and Bowser is all buttercream, with a few darker stripes on his tail. They both have blue eyes. They are always getting into stuff, but now they are smart enough to know if they hear our footsteps, to stop doing whatever it was they were doing, and act like they are innocent. Bowser can open doors, and Malcolm plays fetch constantly. They both like to be held like babies, and when we are home, they are always near us. I don't allow my cats to go outside, so the biggest thing they have ever killed was a fly...but they are really good at it!! They are extremely friendly to strangers, they LOVE people!!! Bowser is a little intimidated by babies....but he will learn to get over it! I also have two dogs, Shada and Sidney...but this was about cats! ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

I had a goat growing up. She thought she was a dog. Her name was nannygoat. I know reall creative but hey I was like six and to me it was unique. So yea she would chase ppl out of the yard if she didn't know them and chase cars. She also had this nack of eating my moms flowers. Once she saw her reflection in the storm door and decide she was going to take herself on. She wound up in the living room. Again mom not pleased, Nannygoat dissappered when I was about 10. I am fairly sure my mom was behind it but if she was she never fessed up.
