Apparently I am crazy, but running at 6 a.m. works well for me. The rest of the day I'm busy with school work, classes and what not so I go for my run at 6 a.m.
And I'm currently drinking water....had some V8 juice earlier

Another cup of coffee for me.

more water for me! I had some Mountain Dew last night though and I am so sore today.....did anyone else know that caffeine can cause your muscles to be sore? Know you do!

Aye, that it does. I learned the difficult way, I drank too much caffeine in a day and paid for it. It is never fun feeling sore from that.
I'm now taking a page out of Jea's book, and I'm having a glass of water.

nothing but water all day long...with every meal actually, well had some apple juice (sugar free junk from my aunt's) for breakfast
And no, recovering from caffeine is so not fun...I was sore for the last two days because of that. Moral of the story: I don't think I'm ever going to drink pop again!

Yeah, it can be bad. If you used to drink a lot of it and try cutting it out permanently, you get headaches for a little while, but if you've been only have one glass or can here or there, that doesn't seem to happen.
Orange juice for me right now.

And I used to drink pop often and had to deal with the headaches for a little bit. I know my boyfriend gets headaches when he doesn't drink pop though...the headaches were another reason I avoided more pop during Thanksgiving dinners not drinking...but I'm eating soy ice cream
